For beverage CO2 suppliers with Anova monitors

Every CO2 tank, every account, every morning.

Restaurant and bar managers see their bulk CO2 level every morning, from the Unify report you already run, so a flat draft line is never a Friday-night surprise.

  • Managers see it before service
  • Pounds, not gallons
  • Weekly for steady accounts

The problem

Unify stopped sending your customers their tank levels.

Anova Unify used to email each customer their own tank report. Now you can ask every customer to create an Anova account, or have someone in the office build and send reports one at a time. Most dealers end up doing neither, and the phone starts ringing: “Hey, am I running low?”

Why CO2 suppliers use it

Their level, in their inbox, under your name.

Tell TankMail you deliver beverage CO2 and every email speaks your customers’ language, starting with the subject line: Your CO2 tank update

Managers see it before service

A morning email beats a call from a bar with flat soda.

Pounds, not gallons

Bulk CO2 capacity shows in pounds or kilograms.

Weekly for steady accounts

Accounts that use CO2 slowly can switch to a weekly email in one click.

What changes

A calmer morning for your office.

Without TankMail

  • Customers asked to sign up for an app they will never open
  • Office staff copying levels into emails by hand
  • “Am I running low?” calls in your busiest weeks
  • Customers who never hear from you between deliveries

With TankMail

  • Every customer gets their level by email, under your name
  • Nothing to do day to day: the report arrives, the emails go out
  • Fewer status calls, so the office can focus on deliveries
  • Your logo and colors in their inbox every morning

How it works

Three steps, once. Then it runs itself.

  1. Point your Unify report at TankMail

Schedule the daily tank report you already run in Anova Unify to your private TankMail address. That is the whole integration: no software to install, nothing for Anova to change.

Report setup in the TankMail portal: a private report address with a copy button and Unify steps
  2. Add your customers' emails

Upload a spreadsheet of Account IDs and emails, or add them one at a time. TankMail lists every tank in the report that has no email yet, so nobody is left out.

  3. Pick a send time

Choose when emails go out and whether new customers get them daily or weekly. Customers can switch, or unsubscribe, with one click and no account.

The email

What your customers see every morning.

This is a real TankMail email for an example dealer, made by the same code that sends yours.

  • Their tank level, big and clear

A tank graphic and the percentage, labelled as an estimate, for every tank on the account.

  • When it was read

The time of the last reading and the tank size. Stale or unknown readings are marked, never guessed.

  • From you, not from us

Sent under your company name, with your logo, colors and wording.

  • Their choice

Daily or weekly, switched with one click. Unsubscribing takes one click too, with no account.

Make it yours

Your logo, your colors, your words.

Write the subject, greeting, footer and sign-off, pick an accent color and upload your logo. The preview updates as you type, so you see exactly what customers will get.

Built for the morning something goes wrong.

Warned when a report is late

If a day passes without a report, your dashboard says so. Customers still get their last known level, clearly marked with when it was read.

Questions

Good questions, plain answers.

Does TankMail work with weight-based CO2 tanks?

Yes. Levels come from your Unify report as a percentage, and you choose pounds or kilograms for tank capacity.

Do my customers need an account or an app?

No. They just get an email. Changing between daily and weekly, or unsubscribing, is one click from the email itself.

Is TankMail only for propane?

No. Any tank Anova monitors for you works: propane, heating oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricants, DEF or beverage CO2. Tell TankMail what you deliver and your emails name it, with tank capacity in gallons, litres or pounds.

What do I need from Anova?

Your daily tank report from Anova Unify, scheduled to be emailed to your private TankMail address as a CSV or Excel file. It needs the Account ID, Tank Level and Last Reading columns. Tank, Address, Tank Level Status and Capacity are optional and add detail.

How do you match tanks to customers?

By Account ID. You give TankMail each customer's Account ID and email, by spreadsheet upload or one at a time. Tanks in the report with no email on file are listed for you, so nobody is missed.

What if a report is late or never arrives?

TankMail waits an hour past your send time. If the report still has not arrived, customers get their last known level, clearly marked with when it was read, and you get an email. Your dashboard also warns you when a day passes without a report.

What if a customer has more than one tank?

They get one email listing each tank by its address. Readings that are missing or out of date are marked as unavailable rather than guessed.

Who is the email from?

It is sent from TankMail's mail service with your company name as the sender, and it carries your logo, colors and wording.

What data do you keep?

Your customer list (Account IDs and emails), the latest reading for each tank, and a log of what was sent. TankMail does not keep copies of your reports. Your customer list is used only to send your tank emails.

How does billing work?

You pay a set price per customer receiving emails each month, with a monthly minimum. Disabled and unsubscribed customers are not counted. Larger fleets can ask about volume pricing.
